The measurement of my cushion is 4 in thick, 36.5 long and 23 inches wide. Will small or medium fit? Thank you!

I would go with the medium. It’s stretchy and underneath the medium you have two elastic bands that help secure the cover to the cushion.

I would like to put this on my couch but I dont want a single cover for a 3 seater if i buy the small cushion would it fit on my couch cushions?

I bought 3, small cushion covers for my 3 seater sofa...and they fit great! They are square cushions, but are stretchy and mold to fit the "shaped" end cushions on the couch. Couldn't be happier! Waiting on 3 more for the back cushions.
