Klean Kanteen Unisex-Adult Sports

Purchased to replace an unvented top from a knock off brand. Fits perfectly and works great. Turned upside down with full bottle, no leaks. Rubber spout is soft, opening and closing does “feel” incomplete at times, but that may be due to the soft rubber design to provide a better seal? (Less leaks). I have not noticed any strange sound from the vent. Good product at a decent price, worth it if you need it.

This new cap works perfectly. It’s easy to use, very lightweight and looks great. It’s a super good value for the money. It’s very versatile as he can use it on several of his bottles and it does not leak like the old cap did. It’s great. We’d buy it again.

Perfect as a the original

This is a little on the expensive side, but the durability seems great and it fits my Klean Kanteen like it was made for it (because it was). The rubber mouthpiece material is easy on the teeth, and the whole thing comes apart to make cleaning easier. It is leak-resistant, not leak-proof. As long as you close it all the way and just carry it around normally it doesn't leak but I tried mixing some drink packets in it and when I shook it vigorously it did leak a bit.

Works great! Was upgrade from long ago version of this top which squeaked and only worked tipped to one side. This version has no squeaks and doesn't care about direction. I've seen pictures where it seems to be possible to disassemble... would be nice to have instructions for cleaning. Also the color problem with Amazon picture (black vs green) is real... I went with what the listing said ("black"... even though the picture looks green) and got what I wanted (black... see how things get confusing quick:).

We have younger children who have as yet not outgrown their must-gnaw-on-all-soft-things eras. They continue to chew off the closeable rubber spout on these water bottle lids over time. It's not a matter of quality; we just seem to have a herd of rodent children where these are concerned. We're glad that the lid is available separately. Just wish it was a little less expensive! We're about $50 in just in lids for these water bottles, haha.

These are awesome tops. They are so comfortable to use, and extremely easy to thoroughly clean. I hope they never stop making them.

Been using Klean Kanteen water bottles and sport tops for over a decade now. Usually the tops take about 2 years until something starts leaking. This new one I bought is terrible. Started leaking from the vent part after one week. I will buy once more because this brand has been reliable in the past. But if my new sport cap fails again quickly, I will find a new brand of water bottle to buy.

I had a very old Kleen Kanteen container that fell and broke the original screw-on cap. I tried this new cap, and it fit perfectly, without having to order a whole new Kanteen. Thanks, guys, for keeping your caps standard sized.
