Isn't this oil a blend?

Not that I am aware. Specs indicate that it is a full synthetic product.

2017 440i gran coupe f36 Can I use this oil

Yeah but its a terrible quality, came critical red across the board at oil analysis after 4k miles for my brother's 440 grand and in my wife's X5 only took 3k miles. The dealer told me that BMW downgraded the BMW Oils to synthetic blends, which is thy also shortened the drain intervals to 6000 miles (used to be 10,000 miles before). Buddy of mine tested it and said it failed the very spec its supposed to meet. Castrol is making this oil, some custom made junk. I have been using TRIAX EURO Ultra LV 0W-20, 12,000 miles and still green at oil analysis. Would recommend that one.

Do twin turbo engines consume 1 quart of motor oil every 2,000 miles

Oil consumption varies car to car. I did the engine break-in by “my method” to seat the ring during the first 5,000 miles. The car now has over 40k miles and it has no oil consumption.

Is this a group 3,4 or 5 base stock motor oil?

I believe this is a group 4 category oil.
