It could not be used to spread lime. It can only handle pellet material.

Will this seeder attachment work with a Kubota 3400L tractor?

I highly doubt it unless there are a choice of attachments on the Kabuto.

Will this work to spread insecticide like triazicide?

Yes I think it would work with triazicide granules. I don't know how much it will deliver a which setting. You'd have to experiment which is usually what you need to do to calibrate the delivery.
