Far better than expected. Box is small and compact but projects the light from one side of my home to the other while still holding a clear image. Lights move well and it is perfect for small parties.

I was so happy with this light! I used it at a party two weeks ago and it was Amazing! I put it on a heavy duty light stand and pointed it at the dance floor. It was fantástic! I highly recomend this light because it has great features and for being so compact its performance is and covers alot of space!

To the person that says it doesn’t react to sound: You have to put it in “dj” mode on the remote for it to react to sound. I did have an issue with the blue laser diode, however after tapping the unit, it has turned back on and hasn’t turned back off.

I have used it at several shows now and it works as advertised. When I first got it I was a little concerned about it's small size but as long as the Venue isn't too big it seems to have plenty of power.

UPDATED: This AMKI DJ disco light is an average party light. It is not terrible, but it is not great either. I originally planned to use it for ceiling uplighting and extra fill in my home DJ/light setup. For that, it probably would have been okay, but do not expect it to be a centerpiece light like the pictures make it look. The light pattern is fairly small, and the brightness is just okay. The blacklight feature is almost a joke. It only has a few small LEDs, and while they may make something glow from a few feet away, they do not do much from normal mounting height. The patterns are simple and repeat a lot. The auto mode is boring, and the sound mode is not much different from the auto mode. I had hoped DMX control might make it more useful, but before keeping it long-term, I ended up buying another fixture at about the same price that did a lot more for my setup. Because of that, I sent this one back. It was not because it completely failed. It just did not offer enough output, variety, or value compared to other options in the same price range. Final verdict: It works, but it is just okay. For basic fill or a small room it may be fine, but for the money I found a better fixture and would not buy this one again. It may get better once I put it on DMX, and I will update later after I have more time with it that way. These lights are awesome, looks great with a little bit of smoke, very bright. I purchased 2 of them and would highly recommend.
