When this guitar arrived very well packed in its shipping box without issue.It is a very beautiful guitar and was easily setup for my grand children to play.This Fender guitar is not a toy at all.It made the kids very happy and kept them away from my other expensive guitars.

Bought for my 9 year old to learn on. Guitar is very nice for the price. Does not come with fender play as advertised in the title. You can get a 7 day free trial, but then you pay for that app.

This appears to be a high quality instrument for a learning beginner. It both looks impressive and sounds pretty good. I have read many reviews complaining that this guitar does not sound like much more expensive models. No it does not but for a beginner, especially one needing a smaller than full size instrument this is just close to perfect

I bought this for my 8 year old. It sounds great, and it's a very pretty guitar. The tuner is easy for kids. This is also a good guitar for petite women...I'm 5'2 and I think I like it for myself better than my bigger one...

Nowhere to put on the strap

Great little guitar! My son really enjoyed getting it for his 11th birthday. Item came as described and arrived sooner than expected.

This guitar was everything that is pictured. It is very well made as you would expect. The color is just gorgeous. It is very sturdy and professional for a beginner. We bought this for our 7 year old grandson for Christmas and the joy on his face and wonder in his eyes were worth every penny. I know he'll be using this for years to come. Great puchase and one happy happy grandson!

This is a great Guitar for beginners. My daughter who is 12 has been expressing interest in guitar so I wanted to buy something that wasn't too expensive but not cheaply made and this was perfect. I've never been around guitars but everything included made it super easy to tune and she was ready to play in just a few minutes. It's the perfect size for her and it sounds beautiful!

Size works well for smaller hands.

Perfect guitar for a learning kid.

I bought this guitar package for my son to learn to play but the gig bag is really flimsy and I will need to buy him a better quality one. The guitar is ok. It turns out it would have been better to buy it from a music shop because at least you get to see what it looks like and trying it out before buying. The price is similar on Amazon as it is at the store, but at the store they would provide some additional services free of charge.

The media could not be loaded.  Not sure if this was during shipping or manufacturing. There are 5 cracks/scratches. Super disappointed
