how long does it stay frozen/cold?

This stays extremely cold for well over 30 minutes. I have had it on my knee for an hour and it is still cold.

Do you get one or two ice pack holders?

One holder but two ice packs. Works great.

How do you wrap it around your shoulders or upper neck?

It is just one single wrap, so it will wrap around the neck, but not long enough for my shoulders.

Can i leave in the freezer

I have left the pack in the freezer without issue thus far.

Good product but need improvement

Easy to use but not very practical. Should give two straps .. so that both knees can be done at same time.Quality of strap and Velcro very poor. Gel is excellent.

Very Effective and convenient!

I got this for my back pain. I would always use a hot water bottle but found it very inconvenient to lug it around. This belt however is super comfortable and convenient and helped me a lot with easing my back pain.
