The product is very harsh! I used it on my eyebrows and it peeled off my skin! And I had redness and peeled skin

Finally found a wax that works for my sensitive skin
I recently tried the Jolen Sensitive Skin Facial Strip Wax and honestly I'm impressed. I have pretty sensitive skin, so I was a bit worried about how my skin would react. To my surprise, the strips were super gentle and didn't cause any redness or irritation which is a huge win in my book. I used these strips mainly on my upper lip and a bit on my eyebrows. The instructions are pretty straightforward and easy to follow. You just warm the strips between your hands, place them on the areas you want to wax, and then peel them off. It took a couple of tries to get the hang of it but once I did, the results were great. My skin felt so smooth afterwards and the hair removal lasted a solid couple of weeks. What I love most is that the strips come in a convenient pack of 16, so there's enough to tackle a few waxing sessions. Plus, cleanup is easy since there's no messy wax left behind. I didn’t find any sticky residue which is often a pain with other products. Overall if you have sensitive skin and are looking for an easy, effective way to wax at home, I definitely recommend giving Jolen a shot. It’s become my go-to for at-home facial waxing.

Really easy to use, and was dispatched and delivered very quickly. The price is good too, although you dont get any wax cleaning wipes which is a little annoying. Esp considering that you usually do with other wax strip brands that are similarly priced. To use, it says to warm the strips in your hands for the wax to be ready to use.. its easier if you make a warm drink and place them on the mug to warm. This seems to be the easiest way for the wax to be properly ready. They didn't irritate my skin at all and was really good and quick to use. Overall, i would definitely recommend using them.
