The mints are quite hard
My aligners have instructions to not eat hard candy. The mints are very hard and can break or deform aligners.

Mints ok
The plastic aligner remover is not that good at removing the aligners for me. Mints good but not the easiest to move around when in your mouth to help seat the aligners. But they are refreshing to use.

Scratched aligner
Effective for seating aligner but it scratches their biting surfaces. It doesn’t affect the aligner performance but I didn’t like it. I’ll use them like regular mints. Appreciate the remover tool.
