These knee sleeves are amazing and true to fit in the size dept. I was using Gymreaper Knee Wraps before. They were effect, but the constant readjusting during a long leg day workout just sucked. The sleeves are welcomed upgrade and they give plenty of support. I am 55 years old and have knee issues and believe me when I say. These sleeves help a lot. Highly recommend!!

These knee sleeves are a game changer for anyone who is serious about weightlifting. These sleeves provide amazing support and stability to my knees during heavy squats, deadlifts (as those are the only exercises that I use it for). I’ve noticed a significant difference in my performance and a huge decrease in knee pain. The fit is perfect, and they provide just the right amount of support. The material feels durable and comfortable. They’re mostly true to size, but I think that you should buy with your weight goals in mind (smaller size if you plan to lose weight and larger size if you plan to gain weight). I’ve been using these sleeves for a few months now, and they’ve held up extremely well. No slipping or bunching during my workouts, and I feel more confident when pushing my limits.

Gymreapers makes good stuff, great quality, solid pricing. If you are looking into knee sleeves know that the main point is keeping heat in your knees, they also add a good little bit of compression which for me is perfect to help with my knee pain from squats.

I wear this for leg day and sometimes on dance team practice days when my knees hurt and feel unstable because the material keeps one's knees warm. I did measure myself as directed by the size chart, and I was surprised that I needed an XL. The knee sleeves do technically fit, but there is some "slippage". It's not excessive though. These knee sleeves do the job.
