The item is amazing, but it was delivered without being kept in a cold place, and it arrived very hot. I’m not sure if it’s still in good condition.

The bottle was received unsealed and noticeably half-filled. This is not the first time we have faced this issue, and it is becoming a recurring concern.This is unacceptable, as customers expect to receive properly sealed and fully filled products for the price paid. Such instances create serious doubts about product handling, quality control, and overall customer protection.I request that this matter be looked into on a serious note. The Seller and Ducray must identify the root cause and implement corrective measures to ensure that customers receive sealed, untampered, and complete products going forward.

I received the shampoo in very poor condition. The box was opened and creased, and the bottle was placed upside down inside the package. The bottle itself had no seal and a noticeable amount of product was already missing. The scent also didn’t smell like the original — it had a strong detergent/softener-like smell, which made me doubt the authenticity. Very disappointed and would not order this item again.

Da ich auf meiner Kopfhaut zu Neurodermitis neige, kann ich zumindest nach einem neuen Schub, fast kein anderes Shampoo nehmen, da die Kopfhaut sonst juckt wie Sau.Lange Zeit, dachte ich, ich habe einfach "nur" Schuppen, bis eine Untersuchung beim Dermatologen ergab, dass es Neurodermitis ist. Hätte ich eher prüfen lassen sollen. Hab echt viel Geld, Zeit und Frust investiert beim Ausprobieren sämtlicher Schuppenshampoos, Tonika und sonstige Mittelchen von günstig bis teuer – natürlich ohne Erfolg.Seit ich Kelual DS nehme, juckt es nicht mehr, und die Schuppenbildung ist auf ein absolutes Minimum zurückgegangen. Einzig die Längen werden sehr trocken, wenn man sie nicht zusätzlich pflegt. Damit die Haare in den Längen schön bleiben, empfehle ich die CWC-Methode, bei der die Längen durch den vorab eingearbeiteten Conditioner geschützt werden. Noch besser die ÖWC-Methode, wo man ab und an die Kopfhaut und Spitzen mit Öl (z.B. Olivenöl + Rhizinusöl + Rosmarinöl) behandelt. Seit ich das mache, sind meine Haare so weich und gesund wie lange nicht mehr, ohne diese unschönen weißen Hautpartikel.Konnte sogar 9 Monate lang das Kelual Ducray Shampoo durch ein mildes (günstiges) Shampoo austauschen, ohne dass die Ekzeme zurückkamen. Durch Stress und Co begann es leider wieder und ich habe es übersehen. Jetzt kommt wieder bei jeder Haarwäschen Kelual Ducray zum Einsatz.Einziges Manko: der Preis. Wenn man wirklich hartnäckige Neurodermitis hat, braucht man schon so einige Flaschen, bis man das in den Griff bekommt.Wäre schöner, wenn es unter € 10,00 kosten würde, aber gut...immerhin hilft es und eine Linderung ist unbezahlbar.
