I like this brand of vitamins and this particular one seems to have the vitamins and minerals included that I was looking for in a multi vitamin. The only thing I am not as fond of is the flavors - I think that could use a little work. Overall, though it is not something that I have to force myself to take and I feel better knowing I am getting my vitamins in every day.

Great vitamin! This is a basic vitamin with some fish oil in it.I wanted a vitamin that is a supplement and not one that gave me 2000% of everything. This delivers- it is a supplement to my dietary needs to make sure I am getting the basic levels of key vitamins. As a bonus, it contains a little fish oil/ omega 3.I have trouble digesting hard capsules ( make me nauseous) and even soft gel capsules can sometimes be problematic. I chose to try this product as it is in a gummy format and I typically do not have any issues with chewable vitamins.These vitamins look like candy gum drops. They are red, orange and yellow. The flavor(s) are very strong citrus flavors. I love citrus flavors so this is a strong win for me! Citrus is normally used to mask/ cover any aftertaste from fish oils so I am assuming that this is the reason for the citrus flavors. It does work as there is absolutely no fishy aftertaste to these gummies.I am loving these vitamins and bought a second bottle while they were on sale. Dosage is 2 gummies a day with 150 gummies in a jar. So one jar will last 75 days/ 2.5 months. This is much longer than the typical 20 to 30 days from many vitamins. Take this into consideration when comparing to other products.They advertise no artificial flavors, no synthetic dyes, no artificial sweeteners, and no high fructose corn syrup.They do look like candy. From my experience as a parent with young children that can get into things in a blink of an eye, I would store these out of sight and reach of young children. I have vivid memories of a late night hospital visit about 25 years ago with my 4 year old who managed to climb up onto the bathroom sink, open the overhead cabinet and stuff his cheeks full of his chewable vitamins ( in about 5 minutes while I was busy putting jammies on his brother). He loved the taste of his vitamins. They contained iron and we had a long night of stomach pumping and blood tests to monitor iron levels. These vitamins do not contain iron but safety first with young children.

I have been taking these mult-vitamins for years. I love that they are gummy (not a big fan of pills) and they have a sugar coating, so they taste sweet/tart. I also like that they have Omega -3 I still supplement with Omega-3 vitamins, but the added Omega- 3 can't hurt!.
