The only thing I can truly say I was disappointed with this product over (giving it a three star rating ) was that I was NOT expecting loose powder at all. Truly, I should have inspected the product description more thoroughly before purchasing, however, I've had an image of eye shadow in my head as compact in one tray, all my life and was expecting no different. Possible I'M JUST SAYING HERE, let the customer know (somehow) there will be loose power falling out all over the reaches of your table, chair, laptop, dog, hands, sink, floor, etc. upon opening. Much cussing, beautiful color!

I bought the pink, and going by the image, I thought it would be closer to a hot pink and more highly pigmented. See the first pic for how it looks on my arm. I could barely see it at all on my eyelids, maybe it would be good if you're looking for a pale and subtle pink eyeshadow, but that's not what I thought I was buying.I have used the other Color Tattoo products and was greatly impressed by the ones that are solid (like a gel eyeliner, but I think they are called 24 hour eyeshadow). I bought a metallic dark grey and a bright blue of those products and they really were highly pigmented and lasted a long time. I was less impressed with this powder type, but I also bought the blue (it won't get here until tomorrow) and might update my review to reflect how it compares with this pink.

Downtown Brown is NOT a dark brown, which is what I wanted. It's more tan/gold than brown.

I used this on top of the liquid version in the same color and my eyeshadow did NOT budge. I was on the beach on a super hot day with this combo on. The only thing I hate about any loose shadow is that I wish you can turn the sifter so it doesn't get all messy. Otherwise, great product.

I love Maybelline products and have been wearing the color tattoo line for years, specifically the cream eye shadow and Pure Pigments loose powder shadow. Last all day long, doesn't crease or irritate, great selection of matte and shimmer pallets. Only disappointing thing is the color was a good deal lighter than expected. They use to make a copper color that looked exactly like the one pictured and that was my go-to shade so I was thrilled to find it online. When I got this in mail (fairly quickly shipping, fyi) it looks the same color--a shimmery copper--but when applied on skin, it's just a sheer, translucent gold. I tried different ways to make it darker but didn't work. I'm hoping to exchange for different color.

Purchased 3 in different shades. As per my other review, I love them and how they feel on. Seems to not crack or separate. I do see why it says tattoo...had to use Ulta beauty wipes to remove, which is a good thing

The color is nice but it's gold not bronze doesn't look like the picture but that's OK somebody will wear it I have been looking for a good bronze for a long time I am really disappointed bronze color that is

This is a very good product BUT the color in the picture is not at ALL representative of what it really looks like. This looks like a shimmery gold eyeshadow on me I was expecting a dark dark brown as pictured it is nothing like it.

Not a fan at all. the eyeshadow has poor color pay off and isnt easy to apply.
