I bought this hoping to finally get rid of the tear stains on my dog, but it has been a total disaster from start to finish. First off, the so-called "solution" does absolutely nothing. I followed the instructions perfectly for weeks, and my dog’s face looks exactly the same as it did on day one. It’s basically glorified water that smells weird. The "applicator pads" are a joke—they are flimsy, thin, and rip apart if you try to use them for more than five seconds. And don't get me started on the powder; it makes an absolute mess. It gets everywhere, doesn't stick to the fur, and leaves a chalky, gross residue that makes my dog look like he’s been playing in a construction site. To make matters worse, my dog absolutely hates the process now because of how irritating the products feel. For the price they are charging, the quality is insulting. Save your time, save your money, and keep your dog happy by staying far away from this useless kit. Total waste of $33.97.

A week in, so far so good. We started using this last week consistently on my cream colored golden. He has an underdeveloped tear duct that makes one eye run and has stained his fur. Soon I’ll be changing his water to see if that helps too but I really wanted to wait and see if this is working first before I try too much at once and can’t tell which helps. But I will say I’ve seen a huge difference already. Especially right after I apply the powder after the cleaning solution, it’s almost not visible. However that effect only lasts until the powder falls off but the entire system is definitely lightening and cleaning the stain. Happy we tried it. Including before and then after.
