These were an excellent choice and value, especially for the price.Let me put the size question to rest, especially since there have been some questions. I have a big head, bigger than average and these fit perfectly and comfortably. They are fully adult sized, but would probably also work for an older child. The size is adjustable by extending more or less. If there is a concern about 'size' it might just be that they are relatively thick and bulky, not flat, so they take up a bit more space, but you can't expect them to be 'slim' if you want good noise reduction. And they do fold up into a somewhat more compact package.They block the sounds very well, at least as good as, if not better than most other noise reduction ear protectors, but, of course, they do NOT have active, electrical, 'Nose Cancelling.'I got these because I travel a lot and both my wife and I wear hearing aids. When we are on a plane, we cannot relax and 'cut the noise' unless we remove our hearing aids, but then we can't use the Bluetooth 'ear bud' function of our hearing aids and listen to music or books on tape. However, when we use these, they block the external noise, and allow us to relax while we listen to soft music.I highly recommend these. I have bought 4 pairs of them.

The Ear Muffs are effective and comfortable. We bought them because our son doesn’t like loud noises, and they worked great when we took him to a monster truck show. The 2-pack is convenient for sharing or having an extra pair. Overall, a reliable choice for protecting hearing in noisy environments.

Purchased these in December 2024 primarily for use at the gun range and while using power tools. I've used them over a dozen times so far and I love them. They fit snug but not too tight. Lots of adjustability. Very light weight. I don't have any way to measure the actual db of sound reduction but it is far more than I expected at the price point. Virtually impossible to have a conversation with someone while wearing them unless the other person is yelling. They fold up nicely to fit in my range bag. They are bulky so wearing a baseball-style cap while wearing these is not possible. Also, if you wear eye glasses or safety glasses, the glasses need to have thin, snug-fitting temples. If there was such a thing as "satisfaction to price ratio", these were my best purchase of 2024! I've recommended them to numerous friends and plan to order another pair as a spare.

Effective and inexpensive. The only improvement would be if it were made in the USA, but it’s not. 🫤

Clamps very firmly on the head and gives very good isolation

These are exactly what I was looking for - and at a great price!Hubby and I have been visiting the gun rage, to get in some target practice. We've been going once a week, but now that the kiddos are back in school, we can go more often. The only difference is that we now take our 16 year old daughter with us. We homeschool her, which makes it easy to pop over to the range in between learning.We took her today for the first time. My husband and I both have the Fnova ears and they work GREAT! My daughter, however, had never been to the range so we hadn't purchased a pair for her yet. Now that she's been and wants to go back, i'm ordering a third pair so she has her own.The Fnova ear muffs provide amble protection against the loud sounds at the range. They're just as good as the ones we were renting at the range, but the part that rests on the top of your head is MUCH better than the ones they have. It's cushioned, which prevents me from getting a headache after wearing them for an hour or more.I definitely recommend these! Like I said, i'm buying another pair (as soon as I get this review posted).

Very uncomfortable. So tight that it feels like it's cutting off circulation. Sound reduction is mediocre; a little better than your $80 headphones with noise cancellation.

Work great at protecting ears while shooting

The most comfortable pair I've tried so far, decent fit for a large head, and better sound proofing than the previous "big name" pair that cost twice as much. Works great for my daughter who has hyperacusis. Fast shipping from Amazon too.

Great quality, with a rugged feel and construction. Comfortable and hug the head and ears just right. Block noise on par with any in-ear foam earplugs and block noise much better than any other over-the-ear ear muffs I've ever tried. Perfect for anything from DIY, to construction, to shooting. I would definitely buy these again. They even come with a neat little pair of in-ear foam ear plugs for extra loud applications.
