’ve been really impressed with the Littmann Cardiology IV. The sound quality is excellent, and it makes it much easier to hear subtle heart and lung sounds, especially in a busy clinical environment. This is my first Littmann stethoscope. Throughout medical school and the early years of my career, I used a different brand. Now that I'm a specialist, I decided it was time to invest in the tools I use every day, and I can definitely tell the difference. The sound quality is excellent, making it much easier to hear subtle findings. It's also incredibly lightweight compared to my previous stethoscope, which makes a big difference during long workdays. My only regret is not buying it sooner. It's absolutely worth the investment for any healthcare professional.

I am very happy with this purchase! I have lost some of mybhearing and this stethoscope has fantastic sound that allows me to auscultat heart and lung sounds so much better than before. And it's also pretty!

I take dozens of manual BPs though out the day at work, even while patients are exercising so I needed a good quality sound. It hasn’t let me down.

Was little expensive but my daughter loves the color. Seems to work well. Not sure if its better than cheaper ones but is supposed to be a good brand.

Outstanding build quality

Let me start with the positive first. I love the appearance of my stethoscope with the rainbow finish. It’s beautiful I neeed to find a way to get in engraved. It’s light weight and fits around my neck. I used it to listen to my husband’s lungs and the noise level is very good. The only con I have is the tubing is sticky and wiping it doesn’t help. I’ll have to order a scrunchie because I will never get use to that feeling. Overall, this is my first Littmann brand stethoscope and I am pleased.
