Don't bother with lumens. It's junk. Poorly made. Doesn't last long enough to even consider lumens. And the replacement bulbs are a rip off.

Is it possible to bend the flexible shaft in different angles and lenghts?

Yes, it can be bent in any direction even compound angles

what are the dimensions?

Full length 11 3/4 inches. Flexible portion 4". Sufficient for smaller spaces. Most importantly, the light is less than 1/4" - just 5 millimetres in diameter. Very handy.

Can i order a base replacement? Batteries corroded and the button is stuck.

Try some Baking Soda and water. Mix to a gel or paste. Use a Q-tip. It will clean the battery connections. You may also soak the switch in a more liquid form of it. Maybe a couple of drops of WD40 in the switch.
