I removed another Timer that had issues with WiFi since it was intermittently disconnected. The Yolink device operate on LORA communication. It is a solid, stable and easy to configure device. It works well. The App is easy to learn and control the sprinklers. I purchased two of these units for front and back of my home. A great velue from a great company that offers excellent telephone and email support.

I really like YoLink products and have many of their different solutions in place. The sprinkler controller works just fine in the ecosystem, however the inability to start or test a single zone, or advance zones to the "next" zone is odd- since it is available in every other sprinkler controller. YoLink support's solution to edit the manual run times isn't a solution at all, really. The Orbit b-hyve, for example is less expensive and functions FAR superior. I really wanted to like this product but had to return.

We were looking for a smart Sprinkler to add into our smart home system, this one fit into the purpose.The main installation work is to install the base onto the wall, since the original base is similar to this one, so it didn't take much work for me to put it on(sorry that I forgot to take the video for this step), then just needed to snap the product body on it.The setting is pretty straightforward. You can set up schedules for the 6 different zones, the default timer is 1 min, since we don't have anything on zone 5 and 6, so we set these 2 zones to "0 min". You also can set "Delay" time to align with the weather or any other event. It also has "ECO" option for automatic delay of the watering schedule if it detects rain in its weather checks by hourly base, this is a very smart feature and can save you in the water bill, I look forward to using it, unfortunately, we rarely have rainy days in southern California.Overall, I am pretty happy with the purchase of the product.

First thing you cannot operate each zone bye it’s self You have to program all the zones to work.It needs a lot improvement on the programming

I have bad (short) solenoid. A typical sprinkler control would have a fuse to protect the power supply from burning out.
