I had an issue with damage to the chest, noted when I opened the box. However, after communicating with the seller about the damage, I was able to receive a discount on the purchase.The seller was very professional and timely in their response.This compact freezer chest is a perfect fit. It runs quietly and has just enough room for storing food. I love the grey color.

This item is great! I have Plenty of storage space and the food is cold and organized and it's very quiet and I love the stainless steel look. Easy setup, light weight.

This is a great little freezer with slightly more room than most. This is 3.8 versus 3.5 for the others.It had plastic on it and you did remove most of it. It was very difficult. In hindsight, we should have just left it on because you could barely see it and it would add protection.It's been freezing very well and keeping at a constant 0° with only having the temperature setting at normal.I measured the dB sound and the manufacturer is correct at around 40 dB.It does not take up much room and has two wheels so can be moved very easily.The electrical cord comes out the same side as the vent rather than coming out of the back. There is room enough underneath where the cord can go and plug in that way if needed. That's what I did.All in all, a fantastic freezer for the price.

I followed the directions and let the freezer sit in my basement for 24 hours before turning it on and it’s working fine. Instructions said to wait 30 mins before checking to see if it’s cooling down properly. If it is, then wait 2-3 hours before putting items inside it.Shipping box was easy to open. All you need to do is cut the 4 plastic straps loose and pull the cardboard box up. There is a separate foam and cardboard base that the freezer is sitting on inside the box. The plastic straps keep the box and base together during shipping. Instruction manual isn’t easy to understand, but what’s important is clear enough.I plugged it into a power strip and it turned on instantly. There’s a “power” light and “running” running light that should both be on when you first plug it in. The running light will turn off when the freezer isn’t running and then turn on again when it’s running. I also made sure to not fill up the freezer too full to start. I currently have it set in between 4 & 5. Manual says between 3 & 4 should be freezing temp.I’m happy with this purchase. This frees up quite a bit of my fridge freezer space. This small freezer is lighter in weight than I thought it would be. I, a 44yr old woman, could get it down a flight of stairs into my basement, then unpack it and put it into place by myself. In my opinion, it was easier to pick up and carry than a full 5-gallon bucket of paint.I will update this review once I’ve had it for longer than 2 days. 😄

The color (grey) matches my stainless steel refrigerator just fine.It keeps items super cold I had to remove my ice cream and put it back in my fridge because it was freezing it too hard to scoop 😆 so far so good. No complaints. It arrived sooner than when they said. No noise ,good value for the money. No set up needed take it out of the box and plug it in.

The item itself was fine until I tried removing the large energy-efficient sticker from front!!! I am now having to redo where paint came off. Not happy with that!!!
