Got it as a gift for a friend, she loved it
I bought this for my friends’s 22nd birthday. She’s the type who actually makes her own bath bombs and truffles so I thought this would be a great gift for her, especially since she’s also an engineer so it’s a little science-y as well. Only thing I would complain about is there’s not a very good or detailed set of instructions.

Bien pero pocas cosas.
No está mal, pero vende mucha imagen y poco contenido. Los materiales que contiene son buenos y los químicos escasos. El libro de recetas es más bien escueto.

If you love food and science this is the book you are looking for.Well written and easy to follow.In addition, the sample ingredients that come with the book are just perfect in order to get you started.My first experiment was chocolate caviar. I was surprise to get them from the first try.Very happy with this product.
