I can't tell from the picture... is that the back swing side turned down, or is that a becket at the bottom of the pulley image, above?

It's a becket. This pulley is a proper half of a block and tackle and you can set up two into a perfect rig that lifts, frankly, an unreasonably high amount of weight.

i'm looking for pulleys to use at our ATV Park light to carry, durable and strong enough to rescue 4 wheelers, side x sides & maybe trucks if possible

We have different pulleys ranging from size, all very durable its just finding one you like for the type of use https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07P152HGQ?ref=myi_title_dp https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0747S2L4S?ref=myi_title_dp https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LYL7M9Y?ref=myi_title_dp https://www.amazon.com/dp/B008KECIRG?ref=myi_title_dp
