Had a few issues getting a decent nights sleep so thought i'd give this a go.To be honest the scent is a bit strong, but i just put some on my wrists and neck.Slept soundly though, unfortunately the alarm went for work otherwise i would of stayed asleep for quite a while longer.Would recommend to give it a try, not bad price either.

I work nights and sleeping pattern can be all over the place . This Helps me relax and switch off . Lovely smell .

A great product but I think it's almost too strong. I find I need to be very careful with how much I use otherwise I just end up with a headache.

Bought for my nan who is an insomniac. She now swears by this after trying tons of different remedies to help her sleep. Will be buying regularly as it helps her stay asleep.

I use this around my wrists and over my neck at night.this teamed up with nytol herbal really does make me sleep

Sadly this did not work for me. I have difficulty sleeping every night and lay awake hours. I have tried many products and was hopeful with this one. Could work if you only had the odd night of wakefulness. Nice smell and easy to use but won’t buy again.

Didnt help my wife sleep and gave her an allergic reaction on skin.

Brought this product based on reviews... However, its a bit disappointing.. The product says apply on neck and chest.. But even if u apply on neck, u dont get much smell.. After inhaling it for few minutes, it doesnt bring the intended results.. Having used other essential oils before for multipurpose, m a bit disappointed with this one.....

I use this every night. This scent is so calming and comforting, i apply it right before bed every night. The Lavender scent is very high quality. I have ourchased others before the Gya Labs product is far superior.
