How is the visibility and how close to the eyes/face does it sit? (Plan to skate in this! Other latex masks too far from face and blocks vision)

The mask sits fairly close to your face. I think the average amount of human vision is normally something like 120 degrees and it does block out some of that peripheral vision leaving you with something like a 90-100 degree of vision.

Could this fit an 8yr old?

The elastic band in the back doesn’t adjust, however the mask itself is pretty flexible you could (with a knot) reduce the size of the mask. Whether that would be enough to fit your eight year old I don’t know. It certainly has more possibilities than a rigid mask.

No. The way the mask lays close to the face, it would not work. You would have to poke holes in it for the temples of your glasses to fit through it and wear the glasses over the mask.
