What is the difference between the Original and Classic versions?

Although we bought the game new yesterday, it is missing 11 pieces. I find no online resource for getting them replaced. Who do I contact?

Does it come with that shield thing that blocks your opponent from seeing what you're setting up?

One of the red army pieces is deformed. How can I get a replacement piece?
