The item came in quickly and is as described. I haven’t been on them long enough to get a full knowledge of if they are working in my body yet but the are easy to swallow and easy to use. I actually take two at a time because the dose my doctor said of 300 mg.

I researched and found that this would be good as a stool softener. One pill did nothing for me, but 2 pills and after about an hour.....yikes!

This is the second time I purchase this product. The first time everything was fine. Received in good condition and the product was fine. I just received the second one and I got surprised because some capsules are broken and capsules content is all over inside the jar. The jar is in good condition and has no visible damages during transportation. Capsule material is very elastic, so its difficult to break it. I conclude that it is unlikely that the damage would have occurred during transport.

I've read that Magnesium Citrate is recommended for gut issues and they seem to help with elimination. I've been taking one a day at bedtime, but I may up it to two a day one morning and one evening to better assist with elimination.

If you have issues sleeping or making a solid turd this is what i needed at least. Take in the evening for better results, so far so good!
