Hola, que tension usa 220v o 110v?

The DWD520 is compatible with 110V-120V current.

Can it be used with a core drill ? The first job for it will be to put a 2 1/2" hole thru 3 1/2 " red brick and the 8" block behind it.

I have also only used masonry bits and it works great. I don't think this the correct tool for core drilling. Check with Dewalt or google core drilling.

Looks and feels like a high quality tool

Made in Mexico not China... very stout high quality feel. Very heavy weight for its size which is a good thing for a hammer drill. High low gearing makes it even more versatile. Smooth speed control. Looks like it will last for years of heavy usage.
