I was skeptical as to whether this brace would make any difference and for me it does. I’ve been wearing it for about a week now and my carpal tunnel isn’t getting worse, as it had been for months. It’s comfortable enough to wear all night long which I think is helping. It’s easy to put on and off and you can adjust the fit for the support that you need. This brace is well made and a good value for the money.

I was skeptical that something so streamlined and small would work but it does !!! I still wear my full on brace for heavy yardwork but this is perfect for grocery shopping, taking dogs on a walk or light chores. Plus your hand and it doesn’t get soaked with sweat. AWESOME !!

***update*** I ended up adding a small strip of moleskin to the underside of the thumb strap that was irritateing my skin. this has helped and I am able to wear it with no issues. I even ordered a second one for my other hand for sleeping as it was starting to develop pain due to overuse on account of my dominant hand being out of commission. I've been using these braces for about 2 months and the pain has significantly reduced in both my hands. I would recommend this brace just keep an eye on the thumb strap and maybe add some moleskin (dr. Scholes worked for me) to them to protect your skin from getting pinched! I have DeQuervain's in my right hand and this brace was perfect, it supports my thumb and relieves the aching pain in my whole thumb and wrist joint. My only complaint is that after about 2 weeks the strap that goes over the space between thumb and forefinger has started to cause an irritation. it feels like my skin is getting pinch under it. I really love this brace and wish it hadn't suddenly started irritating me there! I may try purchasing another and seeing if its any better or try cutting that strap off, because I really love the support the rest of this brace gives me!

Comfortable and effective support!

It worked fine, I just needed something for both hands but also it kept getting caught on things, particularly clothing

My daughter was having a lot of pain in her thumb and she said that this thing works fantastic. Hopefully it will heal.

It's sturdy and helps my thumb secure. excellent!

I had bought a different brace that did not work this one showed improvement after 2 days of wearing. I'm very happy I have De quervains on my left thumb.
