Absolutely as descibed
The tilt motor for my Yamaha 115hp outboard would have cost over $1,000 (Can) from the dealership and would have taken 5 days to arrive. This unit is exactly the same, is a fraction of the price and was delivered the next day.Awesome!!

Way cheaper than Yamaha OEM part and works great.
This is easy to install except that one bolt is hard too reach. This would be true for any brand of tilt motor because of the way Yamaha designed the boat mount. Apart from that, old one came out, new one went in and the outboard just pops out of the water.
