I used this as described in the instructions (though I am a Mechanic) and for reasons unknown the system was bringing up faults, that when checked we're not there in the first place, and couldn't be cleared Additionally, it told me I had a permanent fault with my HVAC and it works on the button as if straight out of the factory, also the PAM showed a sensor failed, yet when checked the sensor is fine. Ultimately I cannot recommend this as it simply didn't work for me.

Arrived quickly, unfortunately it didn't do what I needed it to so I had to return it. Also beware you need windows software to update it so if like me you don't use windows then it's never going to be updated. Return and refund wasn't an issue and it seemed like a decent product with plenty to offer but it does have it's limits.

Its not as reliable as it should be from my opinion. Wont really read fault code when it is actually visible on the dash. Not sure if its faulty or not so 3 stars

Good product.Takes a while to get to know and understand all the features but gives a lot of information that can take a time to decipher.Gave me the information that I needed to diagnose fault.

yes great, but wish i had bought a 1000 pound version and multi car, but this product and brand i highly recommend, works perfectly on my Range Rover

Tried this after looking at YouTube recommendations.It worked for some faults on my LR, but missed some obvious ones that I thought it should capture.So I think it is limited in it's usefulness.As it appears to be the same unit as others in the iCarSoft range, I reached out for some support to their helpdesk, but have not had a single response yet. Will leave for another week and if no response it will be going back.
