Great product has really changed the look of my bike very happy.

I bought this so I could put an adjustable riser stem on my motorized bike. The stock stem didn't give me enough of a raised sitting position. The adapter works as promised. I was able to replace my 22.2mm fixed stem for 1"1/8 "ahead" bolt on adjustable riser. Definitely recommend for better bar choices, especially bolt ons. To put it on: First, you remove your old stem. With the adapter still off the bike, unscrew the long pin from the wedge at the bottom. Place your bolt on stem on almost flush from the top of the adapter, leaving a small amount of space inside from the top, so the cap seat properly. Tighten the stem's side bolts tightly so the bolt on doesn't spin on the.adapter. Now, reassemble the adapter with the top cap, pin, and bottom wedge. If the top cap isn't flush with the stem, loosen the bolt on and raise it a bit so the cap will seat. Put the stem inside the steerer to just past minimum insertion line on the adapter (I went about an inch past the line going in.) Center the bars, seat the top cap and tighten the pin like you would a regular quill stem, I believe with a 5 or 6 mm allen key. Voila, you now have a bolt on stem, in a quilled steerer. Keep in mind, anytime you want to swap out to another stem, you will need to remove the pin and top cap. The stem doesn't seem to want to come out from the bottom, only the top, at least mine does.

This fit perfectly as a replacement for the folding neck on my engwe ep-2 pro. It should be noted that it fit both fork setups, original and the replacement bucklos shocks/forks, with only having to add a starnut.
