Fluker's Small Animal Bend-A-Branch Pet Habitat Decor, Medium, brown

This is so easy to use. It is completely covered in a soft smooth foam brown in color making safer for use with your animals. They come in variety of sizes. Very flexible, shapable and stay in the shape you bend them into. I used to help twist up more vibes with leaves around the enclosure and use this to keep those in place better so they do not move when animals get on them and works great. They blend into the decor and look very natural. There is no notable chemical smell to it.

🌱I bought this Fluker's small animal bend-a-branch for my ball python tank, and this is actually really cool to get for multiple reasons! 🌟 It's not only really long compared to what I thought it would be, but it is also because you can bend it, move it, and place it in the tank according to how you want to do it very easily! It's pretty sturdy as well! 🌱 Not only is it nice to help make a habitat feel and look more realistic, but it's also a really good item to add some enrichment for you reptile! I just set up a BIG terrarium for my Cope's Gray Treefrogs. To give you perspective, here are the measurements of my terrarium: 36" tall x 24" wide x 18" deep. I have used real wood branches of different types, from different vendors. EVERY SINGLE type of wood I have tried grew mold. I have also tried the "vines" made of real moss. Well, first of all they stunk. They had a VERY strong smell. They smelled like my vegetable garden in a concentrated odor. I like how my garden smells. I don't want my living room smelling like that. And these vines MOLDED as well. I guess it's the nature of a humid terrarium. I do have an automatic misting system. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO... I bough these artificial vines / branches and I am so glad that I did. They have not grown any mold or mildew. None. They don't have ANY smell at all. Not even a plastic type of smell. They look GREAT too! Looks at how nice they look in my terrarium. What I did was to buy two of these brown branch / vines and four green vines. All from Amazon. I twisted all three together as you can see in the pics. I did it for strength. They ended up looking great too! Tree frogs are little acrobats, and I wanted stability, so I made sure to wrap almost all of the smallest branches tightly around the big vines. For aesthetics I kept a few smaller branches, and I kept them kind of under the larger branches. This way the frogs wont feel the need to use the tiny super flexible branches. I can tell you that we LOVE the look of the terrarium. The frogs seem to really like them.

We use several sizes of these vines in our gargoyle gecko’s enclosure. She likes to climb high up, so we use multiple sizes to intertwine with each other. They are very easy to bend and form into the location and shape you need. They usually last pretty long, so we take them out every few months to clean them. They eventually end up cracking on their outter layer after awhile and we replace them when it happens. I did recently have one that came already ripped, so I hope it was just an isolated incident. I couldn’t return it because I had my geckos enclosure already taken apart, and I needed to use it despite the tear.

Our gecko ADORES these vines! He lounges on them and drapes himself off of them. We liked the first one so much we got a second in the thicker size to give more variety. No mold issues, easy to bend (just don't bend TOO far or it might crack). He seems to like how they have a bit of flex - we figure it is more like being on real vines. Most of the time we find him chilling out on one of these vines rather than any other feature in his terrarium. Great product!

The wire is sturdy and bends well, and size Medium works perfectly for a crested gecko enclosure. Unfortunately the foam surrounding the wire was split in three separate places and had to be repaired before use... would probably not purchase from this seller again for that reason.

I used this in a jumping spider terrarium, it works perfectly and very easy to manipulate into whatever shape or way you want it! Very light weight and easy to cut and use! This would also be very good in regular terrariums or for crafting and diy!

This item is fantastic! No assembly needed, which is a huge plus. Definitely worth every penny! There’s a slight smell out of the box, but it fades quickly. Plus, it’s not sticky at all. It works like a charm!

Bought several of these for furcifer bifidus chameleons' terrariums. They are perfect! Medium is about the width of my finger. Small is about the width of a pencil.

Love it! 6 ft long. And very thin!
