I didn't really read the description before buying this lol. But it works great. It has a gas spring that moves up and down and it's pretty sturdy in the case. The bracket mounts also support the GPU very very well. Would definitely buy again if I ever had to, but this thing seems like it will last a long time.

20 series gpus were heavy, but 30 series, Heavier and had noticeable GPU sag. Has 3 arms to support 3 GPUS whish is why I ordered it because another 20 series will be installed this week and thats a lot of weight on the motherboard and those sockets. looks good and seems to be of good quality. exactly what i needed.

Oh man i love this GPU bracket/bolster. I bought an MSI GTX 1060 6GB GPU here on Amazon when my old GTX 780 Ti crapped out on me. I didn't want to wait to have my 780 Ti fixed and returned to me, so this 1060 was the best I could afford at the time back in February of this year. I never had an issue with GPU sag with my old 780 Ti. I noticed the sag right away with my new GPU. I hated how the sagged looked so after some research, I pulled the trigger on this product and I couldn't be happier. The extendable rod is solid medal and has a little heft to it. It provides all-around protection by protecting the motherboard from being damaged by the weight of graphics card. It has a gas spring design with vertical support between top and bottom of case and it fits cases from 390 mm (height) to 680 mm. It can support 3 graphics cards, as it comes with 3 support lifts. It has an anti-shock rubber base so it absorbs the pressure from gas spring and prevents any damage to the case and it has plastic holders featuring rubber pad in gaming design to buffer vibration and protect the thermal cover. I included pictures of what the support rod looks like packed and the inside of my case (Corsair 750 D Obsidian) before the install and after the install.

Works pretty well, and I use it for both GPU and a massive metal CPU cooler to prevent sag over time. I much prefer a vertical brace over one attached to the case as most others that only go horizontally with one attachment point. If clearance is tight to the side panel, this brace can be a problem, though. Addendum, ~7 years from purchase: The rubber got brittle and seemed to have shattered in the case, throwing around chunks from the end of the bolster, and a metal washer. Just in case, will be switching to another type of bolster and replacing the one used in another case I have.

Very nice finish, well packed with nice box and foam. This is very well built and seems like a quality product. I did not even use it in my case because it is a little to long. Fit and finish still good enough that I kept it.

Very inexpensive high quality shock. Worked perfectly to get rid of card sag and the best part is it matches the rest of my MSI products! Also, Amazon delivered 2 days earlier then estimated date!

I bought this for my Fractal Design Define C case. According to the measurements it would fit. Turns out the Define C case has a power supply shroud, which I knew. The MSI Bolster is too long to fit between the top of case and the shroud even when fully collapsed. I wanted the PS shroud more so I returned the Bolster. The MSI Bolster does fit in this ATX case if the shroud were not present. I give this item 3 stars because it does fit ATX cases, just not when the case includes a shroud.

I managed to score a new GTX 3080 (Asus TUF OC) & knew the size/weight of the new 30 series cards was much in excess of the previous series cards. Without the bolster, the card sags A LOT and I am afraid the stress put on the PCI-E slot, would minimize the life of either the GPU or the motherboard (or both). With the MSI bolster, the stress on the GPU and the Motherboard is alleviated. This bolster was super easy to install -- but did require me to remove the hard drive cage in my mid-size case. I would (and have) recommend this to anyone who plans to install a new Nvidia GTX 30 series card.

Hab mir diese Grafikkarten Halterung gekauft da meine Kompakt Wasserkühlung mit den Schläuchen auf meine RTX 3090 drückt und ich sicher gehen will das diese sich nicht über die Zeit leicht verzieht. Das System ist so genial wie einfach, einfach den Zylinder zusammen drücken und diesen im Gehäuse Platzieren. Der Zylinder drückt sich wieder nach außen und Fixiert sich im Gehäuse nun noch die Halterung auf der Höhe der Grafikkarte Platzieren und fertig. Bin übrigens sehr von dem Schnellen Versand aus Amerika angetan hab die Halterung schon nach 3,5 Tagen in meinen Händen gehalten, Top!
