I bought this product to help my elderly grandmother be able to get ahold of me when she needed help. I was hesitant at first because of the mixed reviews but she used it for 3 months and it worked great! She was able to get a hold of me even when I was not in the home. This is a great product. The only downfall in my eyes is it needs WiFi to work. As long as the button is in the range and hooked up to WiFi the button can reach you and ring your phone even if you are in another town. It was easy to hook up and we were able to hook it to multiple cell devices to be notified. The notification tone is pretty loud and I had no problem hearing it in the middle of the night. I would recommend to others.

This is quite a cheap product that connects to the local Wi-Fi and will page(text) any phone with no monthly fees. I bought this just to assess what we might want in a more expensive unit for my father-in-law after his wife passed away. She took care of him and he can't live on his own (but try to tell him that). On about day 6 in the evening he tried to go out in the back yard by himself and he fell, no one would have found him till noon the next day. I was not sure the Wi-Fi would connect out there but fortunately it did and he had 2 of us come to help him up and back into the house. this is just a pushbutton alert not a mandown system so he still needed to be able to push the button. Well worth the money

Ottimo prodotto e molto utile. Preso per mia madre anziana. Funziona perfettamente e, condividendo l’account, arrivano tutte le notifiche. Unica pecca, funziona solo abbinato ad una rete Wi-Fi “domestica”. Purtroppo, non riconoscendo la rete “Wi-Fi “ dell’hotspot del cell, NON permette l’uso fuori casa e in caso di guasto alla rete il dispositivo e la persona rimangono isolati.
