Light up your world
These are bright. Great for when you are doing practical crafts/sewing/painting and the like. The colour temperature gives faithful colour rendition. They are all still working and so are good value for money. There has been no flickering in the light output - not even on initial start up. Although a very practical item -they have an aesthetic appeal as far as I am concerned.

Light is alright but...
Needed for my Garrange and Study room. It does bright up the room. And I agree with other reviews that the metal part of the light does get HOT (not warm). And it does make the holder bit warm.

Great energy saving bulbs
This is the second batch I’ve bought. We need bright lights for what we do and these are fantastic. They last a lot longer than other bulbs purchased in the past.

Stopped working after less than a year of use
Only used one of the bulbs so far, and writing this review after 10 months of use. Initially, pleased with my purchase, bulb was very bright. However, for the last few weeks the bulb has been flickering whenever I turn it on after it has been off for a while, and it takes 5-10 minutes to stop flickering. Also, over the last few months I have noticed it is giving out less light. For bulbs that are this expensive, this is not acceptable, for them to stop working with less than a year of use, I have wasted my money.
