Product was defective
Installation was very easy. The power switch did not work and when we press the purified water button it turns on only for a few seconds and then switched back to alkaline water. Also, could not adjust the alkaline level above level 8. I requested for a replacement but the replacement unit did not arrive so I am return the unit for total credit instead.

It will work for a good month then it will stop working. Waste of my money
