Super good tasting protein bar and doesn’t have the gross artificial sweetener taste like some of them do. I’ve been eating these pretty regularly for breakfast or a snack to help meet my protein goals and the blueberry cobbler is my favorite! Not to mention the macros are also pretty great at 20g of protein for 210 calories.The bars are never stale or melted when I get them and are the perfect consistency. I’ll definitely be trying other flavors from this brand, though in my experience so far this one is the best (and one of the least expensive).

Been buying this protein bar for years! I have two boxes at home and one in the car. When I'm hungry and don't have a lot of time I have a bar and it's very satisfying. 20 grams of protein and ONE gram of sugar! Perfect. ONE has a lot of variety in flavors....my favorite is the Peanut Butter Cup. They seem to last a long time before getting stale. Gives me just enough energy to keep going until my next meal. I've been through a LOT of protein bars and I always come back to ONE.

These are among the few protein bars that use almonds instead of peanuts to which I am allergic. They made a good snack that doesn’t affect my blood glucose in the morning. The cost difference bet weather few you can get locally and the 12 pack makes them less costly.

Honestly, I wouldn't purchase an entire box of these if you haven't tried them beforehand. I like the taste of them, they can be dry but I use them when I go to the beach. With that, they melt so don't leave them in the heat!!....If you are a fan of ONE bars, they taste great, but please try one from the gas station before spending the money.

These are amazing protein bars! Love them so much. If you are watching what you eat, working out, making sure you get enough protein, or need a quick meal, these bars are great! They are high protein and low carb. They are easy to take to the gym or to travel with. We take them on the airplane and even to Italy when we knew we might need a quick meal on the go. They travel well and last indefinitely. Flavors are delicious. Try them!

I really like how it has high protein content. The quality of the snack is really good. It actually tastes like a birthday cake. In my opinion you can carry it really easily. I’ll take it when I go to work. The fiber is also decent and I’m really satisfied I’d buy it again, but I’ve been Jeet so I don’t he he he

This is my favorite flavor of One bars, especially because they have great macros. I have one almost every day. I love the consistency and flavor compared to other protein bars. Super convenient to throw in your lunch bag or pack on a hike. Pro tip: put them in the fridge!

These bars are a great snack. They just seem a little over priced for what you get.
