Q: SInce this Delphi ignition coil doesn't have metal sleeves in the bolt holes, what should the bolts be torqued to? I have a 2008 PT Cruiser.

Since the ignition coil doesn't need much torque, use the largest washer you can in the space available and tighten moderately. While you have the inlet of - good practise to change spark plugs and wires as well (you may have already). Good luck!

Q: Can you use old coil mounting bolts?

Yes, torque to 105 inch lbs. Or use less torque just hand tighten and a little Blue Loctite.

I had to go to hardware store and get different screws Longer or shorter. Can't remember). Functionally it is working fine.
