I rarely leave reviews on Amazon, but this product absolutely deserves one. I had previously bought a privacy screen from another brand, and it was a huge disappointment. The adhesive stickers were terrible, and the privacy effect was almost non-existent. So when I ordered the PxIn 14-inch (16:10) Privacy Screen Filter, I was honestly quite skeptical. To my surprise, the seller actually called me to confirm both the size and my laptop model before shipping the product. That level of customer service immediately gave me confidence. The privacy screen arrived quickly and included clear, detailed installation instructions along with a QR code linking to a helpful installation video. Installation was straightforward, completely bubble-free, and the screen fit my laptop perfectly. Most importantly, it does exactly what it's supposed to do. People can only see my screen if they're standing directly behind me. From the sides, the screen is effectively private. I was also pleased to find that it doesn't affect the touch sensitivity of my touchscreen laptop at all—it feels exactly the same as before. Yes, you can see the mounting tabs if you look directly at them, but they're not distracting during normal use. The best part was finding a handwritten personal note in the package. It's such a small gesture, but it made the whole experience feel thoughtful and personal. Excellent product, outstanding customer service, and attention to detail from start to finish. If there’s anything called perfection and a very good customer support then you get it from pxin and its products. The magnetic touch screen is wonderful and the anti-glare is pretty good. Very good value for money and quality.

Once I ordered the screen guard, I was having inhibitions on how well the product will fit to my Mac and what if the installation process is clumsy. This was a non-returnable order. But the constant support by Pxin made the experience very smooth and satisfying. They checked the exact model number before the despatch of the product. I got my item before the promised deadline. The product packaging was sturdy and the installation process was very smooth and easy with all the necessary tools provided.
