This is how you tie a belt. First hold the belt from the middle . Place the middle of the belt below your navel. Now cross the belt behind your back so that it makes an "X" behind you. Now bring the belt to the front again. Now make a "X" again in front of your body. Now bring one end up under your belt and other down. Tie a knot tightly . My waist is 36 inches the 280cm seems perfect for me as approximately 12 inches hang on both ends. If your waist is above 40 inches i think you should go for 300cm one.
