Quality is very good. I've had no problems at all with them.

Are these masks certified? If so, how do I verify?

The mask itself should be embossed with "KN95" and either "GB 2626-2006" or "GB 2626-2019". The counterfeits will only have "KN95" embossed on them. Having it written on the box is not enough, it has to be on the mask itself.

What are the dimensions of the mask?

I will be honest with you I would not buy these. They are very thin, not the 5 layer they claim to be and don't have the GB2626-2019compliant with China's standard stamped on the mask. Trust me I did my research and CDC sites tells you what to look for in the KN95 mask. Hopes this helps.
