Review: Can't get it to work with Surface Pro 3 - I have been unable to get this pen to work with my Surface Pro 3, and therefore can't give it a fair review. Seems like it should work fine, but it doesn't register at all. There aren't many instructions here, and it should set up automatically. Unfortunately I can't give an accurate review if I can't get it working, but I don't feel it's fair to give one star if the problem is on my end. It seems well built and feels comfortable in the hand. It's fully charged and ready to go...on another device, which unfortunately I don't have available. Since my machine is older, I would assume compatibility could be an option, but my model is specifically listed as compatible. I'll keep trying but for now I'm going to split the difference and call this 3 stars. Hope you have better luck than I did!

Can't get it to work with Surface Pro 3
I have been unable to get this pen to work with my Surface Pro 3, and therefore can't give it a fair review. Seems like it should work fine, but it doesn't register at all. Not sure what the purpose of the button is?
After reading the user manual I realized that the button was supposed to switch it to writing mode, but that didn't do anything. Maybe that function only works with the specific device it's designed for? I do enjoy using it for digital art though as it looks and feels more like a pencil and it's more precise than the stylus that came with my phone. It doesn't have to be charged to be used if you aren't using the digital feature that it's programmed with.

Purchased by Mistake
I liked the item when I pulled it from the box, however, this item was purchased by mistake. I do not own a surface, and did not use this item. I can say, delivery was prompt and was shipped to my home in a timely manner. If I purchase a surface, this will be the first item I choose to order and review. I hope others find it helpful with their work.

Lightweight, no bluetooth needed
This device has a nice aluminum feel and is pretty lightweight with a fine tip for precision. It powered on easily but did not appear to have any way to power back down when not in use other than to let it go idle. I was a little surprised that the charging port was a micro-USB considering USB-C is now the industry standard for charging. Those are the only two downsides - otherwise, a great product if you have a Microsoft Surface and want to do note-taking or freehand art.

I'm still not able to use it the way I want.
I honestly don't know what's up with this. I've gotten such mixed results. I can use it sometimes, sometimes not.
