Do actual navy seals use this product? wow!

I'm an ex competitive bodybuilder was sponsored and competed for 8 years. Lifting and bodybuilders for 24 years. Took a bad turn when found out I had CKD stage 3 current . I can't take protein supplement anymore due to it but my Nephrologist recommended I use FROG FUEL after I brought a packet in snd he read up on it.
