These are amazing. So absorbent. I have never experienced a leak with these like I have with other types of pads. They keep both me and my clothes dry. I’ve been stuck places where I couldn’t change it right when I needed to or woken up in the morning to an extremely heavy flow from overnight but it’s still never leaked. I only buy Flexfoam now.

Pros: They hold fluid well and are soft and not super bulky. Cons: the don’t stay sticky for long. Multiple times I’ve had to tuck the back back into my underwear until I could change it to get a new one to stick again. While that not a huge deal, if you are heavy or have a heavy day it could result in an unnecessary and uncomfortable mess.
