It really helps with my EDS joint pain. It was highly recommended by others with EDS. I like that you can wash the cover and the fabric is cool. It bends nicely and is very comfortable for my neck while sleeping or even crocheting. It also works great to hug and prop up my arms.

Sooooo I have chronic neck pain. And other kinds of chronic pain, but we'll keep it to the neck for now since this is about a neck pillow. So I use and abuse neck pillows, because they provide the kind of neck support I need for various situations, obviously for travel, but I mainly use them in daily life, on the couch, in the bed at night, etc. I've gone through MANY-a-neck pillow because other ones either don't give me the right support for all situations, OR I use and abuse them too much that they tear and fall apart really quickly. Mainly the latter. I originally bought THIS neck pillow in Sept 2025 (it is now June 2026), and this pillow has given me the best support, versatility, and longevity out of all of the pillows i've experimented with. Now, it IS about time for me to replace mine, as it's finally starting to fall apart, but like I said... I abuse my neck pillows through daily use and rough sleeping, so I don't blame the pillow for that one... 9 months is pretty good for daily vigorous use. I LOVE how it's not only bendable, but the rod inside provides that firm and stable support, without being hard, pokey or boney, if that makes sense. It can snap together, making it easier to stay in the U shape around your neck, or you can keep it open and straight for those nights that you toss and turn, and want the pillow to support you each way, or you can bend it like an S shape, and use it to lay vertically (like in a window seat). It also folds up nicely and doesn't take up a lot of space in a backpack. I highly recommend this product, and i will be buying again... right now... to replace the first one that i've worn out.

The foam itself... it is memory foam, but it doesn't remember much. But that's fine. It's still very comfortable foam. You'll probably mostly use it in a U-shape. I do. And that may make the malleable shape seem like a gimmick, but it's not a gimmick. It's very good. The fact that it holds its shape adds a lot for the support of the pillow, much like what you're hoping a large premium memory foam pillow will do. Once it's behind my head, I press my head into "the spot" to make the armature form to hug my head how I want it. What that spot is, will be slightly different for each person. You'll notice that it still makes a U shape, but with some small differences that are important. Your variant on the U will probably be different from mine, depending on where on your head you place it. And even if used just as the classic U, the armature adds some much-needed support that other travel pillows don't have. I have to use it unfastened, or else I can't get it into the spot that I want. I really wish it was longer; part of the support, at least in how I use it, comes from the shoulders, and it needs more length to utilize that to the fullest potential. I'm glad I saw another of the reviews with images. Kudos to them for warning us that it could break easily. Better not twist it, or bend it too sharply. I notice that the outer surface of the foam gets pulled very tight when the core is bent. That's not a good thing. Hopefully, with some extra care, it will last a good long time. Cutting a sausage comes to mind. When you bend a sausage, bends a little, until the tension overcomes the case, and it splits into two pieces. But if you put many shallow cuts into the sausage, then you can bend it quite a lot without it breaking. Perhaps some day, I'll get a second one, and try putting some shallow cuts in the foam to see if that prevents the foam from snapping apart. Maybe they'll even sell one like that, by the time I come back for another. My experience with the kind of foam that's inside of it, is that you shouldn't expose it to heat and you should keep it away from chemicals. And of course, keep it away from moisture and dirt, because the foam is porous and will trap it inside to become a bio hazard. Little ball joint armatures... assuming that's what this uses, will tend to wear out and get loose after a few years. So, that's another reason to be nice to it. If it doesn't break or wear out too fast, then this may be my pillow of choice for the rest of my life. Unless they make a longer one. Then, I'll buy that one every time I need a new one, and I'll be happy about it. I'm happy that I bought this pillow.

Fantastic. Took this with me on a 5 hour car ride and it was amazing. Its soft and comfortable. Its bendy so you can shape it how ever you want. I started to use it has a head rest to prop my head up in bed watching tv. Even my husband trys to steal it from me.

This pillow worked great at first and was comfortable for travel. Over time, though, the bendable bar inside started poking through the foam, which made it uncomfortable to use. The foam itself is also a bit too thick for some people, depending on neck size and sleeping position. Nice idea and good initially, but durability and fit could be better.

One of the best travel pillows I’ve ordered! I’ve tried tons of different ones and this is by far the best. I slept through all my flights thanks to it! It’s super flexible and lightweight too

I am very pleased with the comfort of this travel pillow. I also like the fact that it can be moved in different shapes to be more comfortable. It is a good support of my neck while sleeping in my recliner.

So I'm going to caveat this with the fact that I didn't use this item alone. As a standalone item, it's just fine. I bought one for each of my kids, and they liked being able to twist it into a shape they were comfortable sleeping in. Their heads still bounced around, though. I will say that I paired it with the infinity pillow (https://a.co/d/0jkLEb3T) and it upped the game combined. I wedged the twist pillow into the infinity pillow and locked it into place. Would it have worked with a generic scarf? Probably, but it wasn't nearly as cozy and fluffy. I slept so soundly and my head didn't shift at all. At one point, I wedged the twist pillow upright to hold my forehead up and it somehow worked. I slept the entire time on a 7hr redeye flight. The items took up nearly my whole backpack, though, so there's that. Worth it for the overnight.

This is firm and bendy so you can adjust it as needed, o have chronic pain and this helps a lot. There's a clip thing to keep it together too. Great for car trips or sleep. its not just a pillow, it has wire or something in it to bend it to where you need, huge recommend. Good for sensitive skin too.

I love this traveling pillow because it can be band in every direction, the cover can be easily taken off for washing and put back easily. It's light, and small

Bought this for an overseas travel and used it on the plane to support my neck. I used it either to support my nape or prop my chin. My partner was amazed at how I was able to sleep through turbulence! He could tell because I snore (HA!). Back home, I tuck it under my knees when sitting or sleeping. The bendy things inside the pillow make it very versatile for both travel and home use.
