Good quality with value for money and long lasting a good but for all kitchens

This is about as good as a kitchen knife can get. I’ve been using this new handle design for the past 3 months. The blade itself is the same excellent Victorinox blade I’ve trusted for the last 11 years. Over that time, I’ve owned three of the previous-generation knives, and this is my fourth Victorinox overall. The blade quality remains outstanding—it’s exceptionally sharp, holds its edge well, and is a pleasure to use for everyday kitchen work. My only criticism is the redesigned handle. Personally, I preferred the older handle because it felt more balanced in hand. It also kept the blade slightly elevated when resting on a flat surface, whereas the new design sometimes allows the blade to touch the countertop due to the handle’s shape. The grip is still good, but I find the previous design more comfortable and secure. Fortunately, Victorinox still offers the older handle design, and if given the choice, I’d buy that version. My Ratings: * Quality: 10/10 * Sharpness: 10/10 * Ease of Use: 9/10 * Grip: 8/10 * Appearance: 10/10 * Value for Money: 10/10 Despite my preference for the older handle, this is still one of the best kitchen knives you can buy. The blade performance is second to none, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Very sharp knife by victorinox. Colour doesn't look as elegant in real as it is in picture. Normal blue knife looks better.

Excellent knife for slicing fruit. You can slice a cucumber into really thin slices easily and Tomatoes etc. sturdy strong knife. Wash separately, it’s very sharp.

使いやすすぎて、コレばかり手に取ってしまいます。はっきり言って切れ味最高、見た目も可愛いくて言うことなし！！ヘビーユーザーです。 パンを切る時、野菜や果物を切る時、重宝しています。小さいのでまな板も小さなスペースで切れるので最高です。 切れ味があまりに良いので、皮剥きにも思わず使ってしまいますが、これは不得意そうで、向かない様子。上からの力でカットするものに向いています。ゆで卵もプリンとカットできちゃいます。プチトマトもサックサクです。 不器用な人ほどおすすめ。

今のところ、とても使い勝手が良い 使い始めてわずかなので この先何れくらいまでこの切れ味が続くかは？ でも、トマト、果物などちょっとカットしたい時には使いたくなる台所用品

なかなかの切れ味で、初めて使った時は驚きましたよぉ゙。でも、フツーのベティーナイフのよーに、野菜・果物の皮剥きには適しません、ソコんトコ、ヨロシク。
