I cannot say with 100% certainty but I’m pretty sure that the white stripe is leather on all vans. If you want vegan vans you need to pick a pair with a small ‘vans’ tag on rather than the stripe. If you do an internet search for ‘vegan vans’ you will find the vans website has a vegan statement and that gives you all the information you need.
