Insoles, Pulse Performance, Running Shoe Pain Relief Insert, Athletic Arch Support Orthotic for Women and Men - Made in The USA (M 7-7.5, W 9-9.5)

Finally found the right inserts for my foot issues! I have multiple foot problems. Metarsal pain in my right foot after surgery 15 years ago and a bunion on my left foot that I'm trying to avoid surgery on, as well as I have overpronation of my left foot. I bought new Vionic walkers a couple months ago but the inserts were already wearing down and I started having pain. Usually I need an insert with a metarsal bump on it for my right foot but with these inserts I don't need it and walking comfortably with no pain! This is the first time I have bought one type of insert for both feet and have them work so well. Usually I have to purchase two different inserts for each foot. The overpronation on my left foot is corrected and well-supported with these inserts without feeling as if I am walking on a speed bump. I will be buying these again as soon as they start to wear out!

Fantastic! A little hard, but helps posture and relieves pain in time. Fits my sneakers (Kiziks).

I originally bought the Blue Power Step Insoles for my Plantar Fasciitis based on my Orthopedic Drs recommendation. It did work, but I wasn't getting the relief that others seemed to be raving about. I went back online and redid the quick test and decided to try the Orange insoles. As soon as I got them in my shoes, I can feel the difference. Less than 2 weeks in on these and my Plantar Fasciitis is much better! I have been suffering for a 4 months with the pain and couldn't walk without a shoe. Just by wearing this insole, I can tolerate putting my foot down and take some steps barefoot. Thats a win for me! For comparison, I also tried Dr Scholls insoles, they did nothing and I also bought the Samurai Insoles Ninjas Plantar Fasciitis and they were OK, definitely not as good as these.

They worked a little bit but my plantar fasciitis is getting bad again.

Been ordering Powerstep for years, these Orange Pulse ones are my favorites for gym shoes or running/walking, after trying virtually every flavor in the lineup. Great support for medium arches, last well, good cushioning but not overcushioned. Order came quickly as promised and box was in great condition

I had the Powerstep Pinnacle for high arch, recommended by my podiatrist, and they were fantastic. I wanted to give these a try to see how they differ. They don't specifically say they're for high arches but the definitely are. The Pinnacle high arch is very comfortable where these Pulse Performance feel even higher making full contact with your arch. You will feel them pushing up against your arch at all times. This can feel a little discomforting. I believe these are truly built for athletic use while going hard on your feet. If you don't have that need then I'd stay with the Pinnacle line of insole. I do go hard so I'm keeping them.

I work in health care and these are great for people with mildly flat feet. I love them for anyone in high impact sports.

I have had plantar fasciitis for a couple months and heel pain that kept me from completing my day. I can’t tell how much these have helped. I swear I’m on my feet more now then before (12000-13000 steps) without any pain. They are my god sent. I will be buying for my other shoes. Thku to my doctor for suggesting these and for the makers of course !!!!

These are not a new product. They did not come in the original box and the right insole shows discoloration in the place where someone else's big right toe has been.
