Stable, keeps food dry, weighty, however not Racoon proof. Lol. Take inside upon nightfall. I had my first one for three years before last weeks mishap. I have moved it close to a tree due to landscape. The birds love it out in the open where it was, and love it near their trees. Really nice feeder. No clogs, food stay's dry and has a good weight distribution. Several small birds perch and dine at the same time. Also have it near a bird bath. Don't forget to water our bird friends.

This is my second set of these feeders. First order lasted about 3 years, and thats pretty good for bird feeders that see a lot of action. They are sturdy, and the newest version updated the hardware. They have 2 different size of screens if you want to put different types of seed, and the cover seems to keep the feed pretty dry. They are noit squirrel proof, but that doesnt matter to me.

Kingsyard are quality feeders. This one is perfect for finch seed and sunflower or safflower seeds. It is the easiest feeder I have to clean and the plastic that securely attaches to the top by the hook keeps out the rain. It’s too small for larger birds to land so that takes care of providing for the little birds who are bullied on the platform feeders.

Nice bird feeder. The squirrels also love it. The top does nothing to deter them. Needa to be cleaned out occasionally because rain gets in and binds the birdseed up. But otherwise works as intended.

This is a great bird feeder. I live in Alaska and get a substantial amount of snow and it keeps the seed protected from the elements. It’s a well-made, sturdy feeder.

Update: BLUEBIRDS!! I just ordered two more of these! I got a great fruit, nut and seed mix for the larger mesh and finch food for the smaller. This is the BEST bird feeder I have ever owned. So far it has withstood rain, snow, sleet and the ice storm is coming. To begin with, I would love that it has a roof. This protects so much against rain. I like that it has little holes in the tray so that any moisture from rain will not gather in the trade and cause mushy food. I love that there are two options for food. One more for the peanuts and one for Combination birdseed foods. You need to unscrew the base from the cover to be able to fill. This is not really a dealbreaker for me at all. I have it outside my living room window and they come right up to it to feed. It really attracts all sorts of birds, so it’s a very effective draw for bird lovers to watch their feathered friends The size hasn’t drawn any larger birds such as Cardinals or Blue Jays but this is OK with me because then it also prevents the really big birds like crows and other seed hogs. Very happy! And it’s attractive!

Sturdy, well made feeder. However, the best and advertised feature, the dome to deter squirrels, is what sold me on this particular feeder. As you can see from the photos, this dome is too small to do the job.

This bird feeder is great. The overhanging top keeps the bird seed dry when it rains. It also does not clog up inside of the feeder tray. the birds eat at it all day long. good value for the money.

Par exemple, le grillage plus petit est rempli d’un mélange de petites graines et le plus grand de graines noires de tournesol en écales. Au début du remplissage on peut cacher les ouvertures du bas avec une main. Le plastique du dôme est épais et protège bien des intempéries. L’assemblage est simple et une longue visse intégrée sécurise le tout. La mangeoire est parfaite, il suffit de trouver un endroit stratégique inaccessible aux écureuils rusés! Je tenais à l’installer dans l’arbre pour la beauté et la protection supplémentaire, les branches rigides sont assez éloignées (j’en ai coupées et attachées quelques-unes) et les plus flexibles ne peuvent leur servir d’appui. On peut suspendre la mangeoire de 1001 façons, celle que j’ai choisie en photo. L’anneau en triangle (inclus) est attaché au gros bouton de la visse qu’on tourne pour ouvrir ou fermer le couvert de la mangeoire. Mésanges et Geais bleus sont heureux!

Ich habe schon einige Futterhäuschen getestet, aber dieses ist bisher das beste. Das Futter bleibt auch bei starken Regen trocken und auch bei Wind bleibt das Futter in der Schale. Die Vögel können das Futter gut erreichen und es gibt keine Platzprobleme.

Birds love it. Looks okay. Seed stays much dryer and free flowing than others we've had. Just like other feeders, it's a bit of a faff to clean but worth it
