How to use the big black flattening stone?

A simple way to make sure you've treated the whole surface of your sharpening stone is to draw a grid with a pencil on the stone. Wet with water as appropriate, then rub with the flattening stone until all the marks have disappeared and the stone is level.

I've never sharpened anything, does this have instructions?

Is the whetstone sharpening kit safe to use? Will it hurt your hands?

It is safe for adults if you wear the gloves that are cut resistant you won't get hurt by the knife either. The main danger would be the knife but if used and follow instructions is safe.

How do i clean this kerye knife sharpening stone after sharpening?

Let it soak a bit in clean water, might have to do it several times, to speed up the process I use a brush while soaking in water
