From the company: Our egg white protein powder is non-GMO but is not organic certified. Our Egg White Protein powder is sourced from a supplier in the US and comes from Dried Cage Free Egg Whites. Our supplier does not feed their hens any hormones or antibodies. This supplier feeds their hens whole grains with the occasional small amount of nutritional vitamin premix (similar to a vitamin taken by humans) added to help with the digestion of grains.

I contacted Bulk Supplements myself as I had the same question. The response from Customer Service : "The dried egg whites are pasteurized. Dried whites are pasteurized by heating in the dried form for a specified time and at a minimum required temperature."
